Concentration Techniques: 1. Strategic Place – Don’t study near the TV or computer, because that can easily get your attention. Also, choose somewhere that is comfortable, but not as much as your bed where you can fall asleep. 2. Active Process –Don’t study just reading. Studying has to be an active process where you take note downs, read, highlight important facts, make reviews, etc. 3. Sure things – Sleep enough. Eat well. Get regular exercise. Your mind will be more alert and you will be less likely to feel tired or stop focusing. 4. Short Breaks – This is not easy at first. Breaks are to help your brain rest for a period of time, but you have to make sure that you go back to studying later. Take a 3 minute break for every 30 minutes.
